On July 30th, Jan invites me to go on a hike with her and her friends. She has a new job
in Tucson and will be leaving in a month. Jan, Mary, Aaron, Fran, Casey the Dog, and I hike up the
Whitewater trail in Jefferson Park
We leave about 10:30 and stop for lunch about noon. Pictured left to right is Jan, Fran, Aaron, and Mary.

The water is warm so Aaron, Fran, and I go for a swim.
Along with Casey who also loves to pick up rocks off the bottom.
The wildflowers are past their peak but still beautiful. It has been a great year for wildflowers.
